LAHORE: A previous Sargodha University official, under scrutiny in a debasement case, has passed on of "heart failure" under care, jail authorities said on Friday. Authorities said Mian Javed was being held at the Camp Jail, Lahore, where he endured heart failure.

They added that he was moved to the Services Hospital in Lahore, where he passed on.
